Devine aims for Ulster Rally win and second ITRC title
Callum Devine and his Killarney co-driver Noel O’Sullivan can wrap up a second Irish Tarmac Rally Championship crown at the Modern Tyres Ulster Rally on August 15-16.

A win in Newry will secure the 2025 title to add to their 2023 success. Devine, in his Skoda Fabia RS Rally2, says he is ready for the challenge.
The County Derry driver boosted his title hopes with a dominant win at June’s Donegal International.
He and O’Sullivan held off European champion Hayden Paddon, Jon Armstrong and William Creighton to take victory by over 20 seconds. The win made Devine only the fourth driver to win Donegal three times in a row.
Despite his recent form, Devine has never won the Ulster Rally.
He is the favourite this year but faces strong opposition from former champion Declan Boyle, Kevin Eves, David Kelly and James Ford.
The 47th Ulster Rally starts on the afternoon of Friday August 15 with six stages across two loops. Saturday’s route repeats the format before the finish ramp celebrations at Modern Tyres’ Newry base.
