Assess Ireland, the leading Automotive Assessing, and Engineer Inspection GA1 service provider in Ireland, is the title sponsor of the 2023 Rally of the Lakes, one of Ireland’s most prestigious motorsport events, set to take place on April 29th & 30th, in the scenic town of Killarney, County Kerry.

While Assess Ireland provides nationwide services, the company was founded in County Kerry, and so this sponsorship aligns very closely with the companies operations and roots in the Kingdom while providing the opportunity to give back to the many competitors and spectators that utilise Assess Ireland’s unique offering of vehicle, plant & machinery inspection, and certification services, nationwide.

“We’re thrilled to be title sponsor of the Rally of the Lakes 2023” said Conor Deasy, MD of Assess Ireland. “As a company that’s committed to promoting safety and risk management, we see this as a great opportunity to showcase our services, and support a fantastic event that’s been part of Ireland’s motorsport heritage for over four decades.”

The Rally of the Lakes has a rich history that dates back to 1979 and it has grown to become one of the most anticipated motorsport events in Ireland, attracting top drivers from around the world. The rally features some of the most challenging and picturesque stages in the country, with competitors navigating through the rugged mountains and stunning countryside.

220 rally cars will take part in this year’s event, ensuring flat out action and delivering a worthy winner come Sunday evening. It will be a busy time on the roads getting to and from the event and so Mr. Deasy has a message to all attendees; “We would ask everyone travelling to and from Killarney to take care, enjoy everything that Killarney has to offer and return home with happy memories from what will be an exceptional rally this year.”
