Killarney and District Motor Club has put out a call to Kerry-based rally competitors to help out at this weekend’s Killarney Forestry Rally.
The Castleisland-based event is being run for the second time to raise funds for the Irish Community Air Ambulance.
Nearly 80 crews have placed entries for the six-stage event.
However, only a small amount of these drivers and co-drivers are from Kerry.
The Killarney club, which boasts a 2023 membership of over 130, usually concentrates on closed road tarmac events.
That means there is a wealth of competitors available who could volunteer for this weekend’s rally.
Those in a position to help should contact chief marshal Diarmuid Cronin on 087 288 7388 or present themselves at the below meeting points on Sunday morning.
