Noel Moloney set to make WRC debut on Rally New Zealand
Noel Moloney is looking forward to racing his former schoolmate Pual Nagle when the World Rally Championship visits his adopted New Zealand later this year.
Moloney and his driver Dave Seivers are frontrunners in the New Zealand Rally Championship in their Subaru Impreza.

Although the crew elected to skip this weekend’s Timaru-based Rally, South Canterbury, due to work commitments the pair hope to be back competing in the Hawkes Bay Rally on July 24.
“Commitment at work plus we need to drop a round kept us away from South Canterbury,” said Moloney.
Hawkes Bay is the fourth round of the series which will conclude on the September 29 to October 1 WRC Rally New Zealand.
The Friday and Saturday will count as two separate rounds for New Zealand Rally Championship runners.
“Rally New Zealand will be my first WRC round,” he added. “I can’t wait to see my schoolmate Paul Nagle who will be competing in the same event alongside Craig Breen. Me and Paul went to St Brendan’s[College, Killarney] together for five years.”
