A look back at last weekend’s BikeFest in Killarney with dozens of photos by Valerie O’Sullivan

Ireland BikeFest made a welcome return to Killarney after a two-year hiatus last weekend.

In excess of 35,000 visitors passed through the purpose-built Bike Village over the June bank holiday weekend to partake in the festival activities, soak up the atmosphere and enjoy the free entertainment. The number of international attendees was up on previous years, with visitors travelling from as far afield as South Africa and the US as well as from right across the UK and mainland Europe.
