Tralee motorcycle racing mechanic Der Rahilly is off on a trip of a lifetime.
He will spend the next two weeks on the Isle of Man working as a race mechanic at the legendary TT races.
Dubliner Micko Sweeney has entered three different classes in the most famous motorcycle race in the world.
He will race in the Superbike, Supersport and SuperTwins races over the next two weeks.

Der will work alongside Micko’s main man, his brother Colly. Once the team return from the Isle of Man they will contest Irish national championship counting Kells Road Races on June 18 and 19.
“I have been to the Isle of Man as a spectator,” said Der. “I can’t wait! I will only have three days off before Kells.”
