Killarney Valley Classic and Vintage Club will host its first ‘Cars n’ Coffee’ meeting of the year this Sunday.
Under its Classic Shed arm, the club is in the process of restoring a 1982 Toyota Starlet that was originally bought from Bowler’s in Killarney.
Once the restoration project is complete in May it will be raffled off to raise money for Kerry-based charities.

The club will reveal the four chosen charities on Sunday morning and have invited classic car enthusiasts from all over Kerry to attend. The car show and charity launch will take place at the club’s Classic Shed on the Upper Lewis Road.
“The restoration is going well, the car is ready for repainting next week,” said club PRO Tom Leslie.
Sunday’s event gets underway at 11am but has a strict finishing time of 12.15pm as a Kerry v Tyrone Gaelic Football match takes place in Fitzgerald Stadium later that day.
