Bumblebee 1000 Supercar run raises €15,542.74 in two days

The grand total raised over the two day spectacular was €15,542.74 and PJ Harte and the organisers are very thankful to the crowds of enthusiastic fans who spread word of the event through social and print media, those who braved the weather to attend the various stops around Ireland, and a special thank you to our BumbleBee 1000 volunteers and An Garda Síochána for their assistance over the 2 days and the following businesses for their support:• Barberstown Castle Hotel• Fitzgerald’s Woodlands House Hotel and Spa • Moloney’s Garage and Petrol Station in Abbeyfeale • Portlaoise Plaza Junction• Inver Service Station, Tralee• The Gleneagle Hotel in Killarney• Dingle Skellig Hotel.

The next hotly anticipated Bumblebee 1000 event is the Wild Atlantic Way Drive in aid of the Little Blue Heroes, on June 17th, 18th, and 19th 2022 going from Dublin to Sligo via Mullingar and Carrick-on-Shannon on Day 1, Sligo to Galway via the Wild Atlantic Way including Westport and Clifden on day 2, and Day 3 is the journey back east, Galway to Dublin via Ballinasloe and Tullamore.
