Smith returns to action on Epynt on Sunday

This weekend’s Mewla Rally, on Epynt, will mark Mick Smith’s first rally as a drivers since the 2019 Killarney Historic Rally.
The Berkshire-based Killarney man will use his Chrysler Avenger on Sunday’s event.
Smith, who is also chairman of London Irish Motor Club, was not idle throughout over the last 18 months or so.

His car is fully refurbished and an boasting more power since his last outing in Kerry. In June he enjoyed an extended test session at the Bont test centre in Mid-Wales at the whele of the Avenger and he also co-drove for a friend at an event in Down Ampney last October.
He will be co-driven on the Epynt event by Farnborough and District Motor Club’s Neil Harrison.
Rallies in Belgium are also on the cards later in the year.
