Lorcan Hanafin dropped to second in the rookie standings of the Porsche Carerra Cup GB after his two races in Silverstone last weekend (September 26/27).

The Leeds-based racer, who has strong family ties to the Ballinorig area of Tralee, is in season long battle with championship rival Matthew Graham.
Hanifin got the upper hand in race one on Saturday afternoon, taking fourth with Graham one place behind.

In the second race on Sunday, Graham was second but Hanifin had to settle for fifth – the crucial points lost dropped him from the top of the table to the second while Graham retained the series lead.
