Kevin O’Donoghue was the best of the Kerry contingent on last Saturday’s Donegal Rally near Termon. Driving a Ford Escort Mk2, the Killarney driver finished a creditable 12th overall despite only deciding to enter the rally a few days beforehand.
Connor Murphy and Kieran O’Donoghue were 18th in another Escort while co-driver Denis Coffey, a late substitute for Ger Somers, had to rely on SuperRally to make the finish alongside Raymond Spence.
