Motor Club to host free open day
Killarney and District Motor Club will host a free Open Day at Killarney Racecourse on Saturday, 19 September, running from 12:00pm to 4:00pm.
The event aims to give people an inside look at how motorsport works, with activities covering timing, rally stage setup, and marshalling. Attendees can watch a mock rally stage, attend panel discussions on safety, event organising, driving, and navigation, or bring children to a dedicated entertainment area.

The afternoon will also feature information on the club’s Youth Development Programme, offering training, support, and opportunities for J1000 competitors, karting drivers, and newcomers across various disciplines. Everyone is welcome to attend.
