HAUNTED ROADS OF TRALEE RETURNS FOR SECOND YEAR

Kerry Motor Club will host its “Haunted Roads of Tralee” navigation event for the second year running, taking place on Halloween night, Saturday, 1 November.

Based out of O’Rahilly’s GAA Club on Strand Street, Tralee, the event is open to both members and non-members. It follows a two-person team format, combining a classic treasure hunt with basic rally-style road book reading to help introduce fundamental navigation skills in a fun setting.

The 50km route around the Tralee environs carries a spooky theme, leading participants to various scary locations and local landmarks to solve clues. The run takes roughly 90 minutes to complete. Entrants will need to leave their vehicles to solve certain clues, so high-vis jackets and torches are mandatory equipment.

Registration opens at 6.45pm, with entry set at €20 per car. All proceeds from the evening will go directly to the Kerry Cancer Support Group – Health Link Transport service.

The event welcomes entries from club members, supporters, and members of neighbouring motorsport or classic car clubs, offering classic owners a final outing before winter storage. Action finishes back at The Klub for a social evening, featuring awards for the top navigators, novelty prizes, and a spot-prize raffl
