The top ten entries for the upcoming Faac Simply Automatic / Sligo Park Hotel Stages Rally were revealed at the official launch event in Sligo Park Hotel on July 1.
The launch, which took place just weeks before the July 20 rally, brought together organisers, sponsors, press, and local officials ahead of round five of the Triton Showers Motorsport Ireland National Rally Championship.

Clerk of the Course, Ultan McGowan, and his Deputy, Kevin Cogan, presented the event format and introduced their team.
The top ten drivers seeded drivers were announced at the launch.

The list included Eddie Doherty at number one, followed by Sam Moffett, Josh Moffett, Desi Henry, Declan Boyle, Michael Boyle, Kevin Eves, Darren Gass, Daniel Cronin, and Paul Barrett.
A special guest at the launch was current WRC Works team navigator Arron Johnston, who attended between his commitments for Acropolis Rally Greece and Rally Estonia.
Johnston, co-driving for Takamoto Katsuta with Toyota Gazoo Racing WRT, had already achieved four top-five finishes and a podium this year.
The Tyrone native, who began his rallying career at a young age, previously partnered with Oliver Solberg in the ERC Championship before joining his current Japanese teammate in 2021.
