Urgent message from Cork 20 organisers

Following our weekly meeting for the O’Connell

Group Cork 20 International Rally event on August

5th and 6th August the club is

extremely disappointed with the level of entry

support countrywide up to today.

There is no doubt the event will definitely go ahead

now as the monies have been paid but as of today

we would make a substantial loss with what entries

have been received.

Could I appeal to you to encourage all competitors

within your circles to consider doing our event.

Perhaps you might circulate to Club members in time

for your next Club meeting expressing our grave

concern for entries and to put the word out. Any

assistance you may be able to afford us will be

most gratefully appreciated.
