Do you own a rally car and want to compete in the Ballyfinnane Hillclimb – this info will help

A rally licence will do for the following classes – cars must be presented for scrutiny as if they are ready for a stage rally

Usual CC restrictions apply – if you have a 1600cc licence then you can only drive a 1600cc car

8A- ‘1650cc 8 valve rally cars’ 2WD Rally cars up to 1650cc with not more than 2 valves per cylinder. 

8B- ‘1650cc 16 valve rally cars’ 2WD Rally cars up to 1650cc with more than 2 valves per cylinder. 

9A- ‘2100cc 8 valve rally cars’ 2WD Rally cars from 1651cc to 2100cc with not more than 2 valves per cylinder. 

9B- ‘2100cc 16 valve rally cars’ 2WD Rally cars from 1651cc to 2100cc with more than 2 valves per cylinder. 

10 – ‘Unlimited Rally Class’ 2WD and 4WD Rally cars over 2100cc

The organising clubs may include extra classes or amalgamate classes, subject to the approval of the Hillclimb /Sprint commission.
