Lancia Atlantic Tour – Tralee 2023
The Lancia Motor Club of Ireland hosted their first big event post-Covid – The Lancia Atlantic Tour, over the weekend of May 5th – 7th 2023, based in Tralee
Although the iconic Italian brand last officially sold cars in Ireland in 1995, there is still a small but devoted following for Lancias in Ireland of all ages – from Pre-War cars to much more recent examples.

Bookings were received from all over Ireland and further afield, including a sizeable contingent from the UK.
Some very rare and iconic cars appeared at the event, from 1930’s Lancia Aprilias to the World Rally Championship dominating Delta Intergrales and many and varied cars in between, including a pair of 1950’s Lancia Aurelias, which introduced many innovations that are now common or even standard on every road car.
Lancia remains the most successful manufacturer in the World Rally Championship with 10 manufacturers titles, so it is only natural that some of Kerry’s World Famous Rally stages were explored over the weekend. Including Inch Beach, Conor Pass and Camp Mountain.
The Weekend base for events was The Rose Hotel in Tralee and the main day was Saturday with a long and scenic drive around the Dingle peninsula, while on Sunday driver completed a road run to Foynes in Co Limerick
