Munster Car Club is hosting its Moonraker Forestry Rally on July 2.
Marshals are required.
Orla Galvin-Griffin, a well know supporter of Kerry events is chief marshal and is looking for support.

“I am Chief Marshal for this year’s Moonraker Rally, July 2 in Ballyvourney County Cork. It is my first time so hopefully all will go well. If anyone is interested in helping out it would be great. My phone number is 087 6628637. Thanks,” she said.
Orla and her two daughters Ciara and Meadbh are out volunteering every weekend – its pay back time!
A provisional entry list has been published. There are several Kerry competitors preparing for the shirt journey over the County Bounds for the event.
They include Gearoid O’Regan and Tony McCarthy in their Honda Civic in what is, potentially, Gearoid’s first gravel rally.
Donagh Crowley is on pacenote duty for Gerad Lucey is a Mitsubishi Lancer. Tommy Commane is co-driving for Hal Leiws in a Ford Escort.
Mikie O’Connor Jr and PJ O’Dowd are out in the O’Connor family’s Opel Manta.
Mossie Costello is Kerry’s only junior driver 9so far) entered in the event and he will drive a Peugeot 107.
Denny Greany is co-driving for PJ O’Connor.
