Headford-based motorcycle racer Stephen Heelan had a mixed weekend at the Dunlop Masters Irish Superbike Championship at Mondello Park the weekend before last.
The Supersport Cup rider finished fourth in his opening race on the Saturday but crashed out of his two races on the Sunday in damp conditions. Heelan is a newcomer to the sport after making his race debut during the April championship meeting.
