Motorists can expect traffic congestion in Tralee and West Kerry on Saturday.
The Déjà vu Motor tour will be based in Tralee for the weekend.
The event, a key part of Kerry Motor Club’s 50th anniversary celebration is raising funds for Recovery Haven in Tralee.
The Mall in Tralee will be closed to all traffic from 9am to 1pm on Saturday morning
This is to facilitate the ceremonial start of the event. 150 rare classic and motorsport cars will pass through the town centre from 9.15am. This is a spectator and family friendly event and people are welcome to attend to view the cars and meet the star drivers.
The entry list includes former World Rally Championship star Kris Meeke, Belgian Champion Patrick Snijers and multiple Irish champion Austin MacHale who are all driving cars directly associated with their careers.
Kerry Motor Club have been issued a permit by Tralee Gardai, Kerry County Council and Tralee Municipal District Council
Afterwards the cavalcade will go on a tour of west Kerry
