Brand new BDG for Tyrone’s Hugh McQuaid in Killarney forestry rally
The Omagh man, owner of Tuff Mac trailers has a lot of experience on gravel and has several class wins on Northern Ireland Championship events.
His last event was the 2021 Killarney Historic Rally, marking back-to-back outings in the Kingdom.
He will be co-driven by Rathmore school teacher Declan Casey.
“The is my third rally with Hugh,” said Casey. “We have done the Historic Lakes 2018 and Galway Int 2019 together in past. It looks like we are the only Class 18 historic BDG.”
Hugh’s brother Liam is also entered in a Ford Escort Mk2.
