14th Ted’s Opel Vauxhall Run 2021 on Saturday – route details – via Rally of the Lakes stages

The 14th Ted’s Opel Vauxhall Run 2021 is taking place this coming Saturday.

This is one of the largest Opel Vauxhall events in the country and have enthusiasts coming from all over the 32 counties. 

Registration is from 9 am – 10 am, The first award will be presented at 10 am and the run will depart The Mills Inn at 10.15 am. 

The route will then take the cars through Kilgarvan, Borlin, on to Cronin’s Ballylickey for a lunch stop. After lunch on to Glengarriff, Healy Pass and Helen’s Bar Kilmakillogue where most of the Awards will be presented including a beautiful Galway Crystal Trophy for the “Best Overall Car of the Run” Sponsored by Opel Ireland.

The cars will then proceed to Kenmare, Kilgarvan and returning to The Mills Inn via the Top of Coom.

“The continued support and sponsorship of Opel Ireland and Cartell.ie have made it possible to run the event again this year amidst the ongoing Covid hardships. In doing so everyone is asked to adhere to the Covid guidelines and wear your mask where applicable. As always the Dogs for the Disabled are the chosen Charity that will benefit from the run Hopefully the weather will be kind on the day and a good turnout of cars will atten,” said Ted.
