Coyne’s BSB National Superstock season gets underway this weekend at Oulton Park

Kevin Coyne begins his second season in the British Superbike Championship this weekend. He is stepping up to the National Superstock 600cc class after a season in the British Junior Championship. He will ride a new Kawasaki Ninja 636 in this weekend’s season-opener at Oulton Park.

The National Superstock 600 Championship is a support race for the British Superbike Championship, the superstock 600 meaning that all the bikes have to be of a pretty stock spec, meaning the bikes that are produced to ride for the public, with a maximum engine size of 600cc.
