Moloney ready for Rally of South Canterbury on Saturday – round three of New Zealand Rally Championship

Noel Moloney is preparing for the third round of the New Zealand Rally championship which takes place on Saturday.

The Rally of South Canterbury will take place in the South Canterbury and MacKenzie County Districts.

The Rally of South Canterbury is the third round of the 2021 Brian Green Property Group New

Zealand Rally Championship and Moloney and his driver Quentin Palmer will be hoping to continue their current form.

Last time out, on the International Rally of Whangarei, the Mitsubishi Lancer E 5 crew won their category by over three minutes.

“The roads appear to be very fast. We are  looking forward to the challenge, there seems to be lots of competition. A good entry of 89 cars some roads that were used in 2018. The roads are a mix between forestry and public roads. They will be a challenge to us in the Timaru district. I am looking forward to getting out on the third round of the New Zealand rally championship with the Quentin Palmer Rally Team,” Moloney told Kerry Motorsport News.
