New automotive media service coming on stream in Kerry
Launching today September 1
First of a kind in Ireland
Local news – global content
Kerry Motorsport News, the only dedicated motoring and automotive website in County Kerry is launching a new feature aimed at helping motor industry professionals promote their businesses and reach a targeted, car-loving, audience.
Kerry Motorsport News was founded in October 2019 by local motoring journalist Sean Moriarty.
He is currently employed as a news journalist with the Killarney Advertiser and is the long-time motorsport contributor to both The Kerryman and Radio Kerry.
Since its launch last year, http://www.kerrymotorsportnews.com has grown in terms of audience and content and even in these trying times, the news site remains up-to-date and relevant.
In September, the site will expand its services’ further and will launch a new product aimed at promoting Kerry-based motor industry businesses to a local audience.
Using his expertise as a news journalist and as a public relations expert, Moriarty will offer a new press release and distribution service offering local motor businesses an unprecedented coverage in their area.
“Through my current roles and having worked with specialised titles in Ireland and the UK, I am well aware of the content that editors and local newspapers are looking for,” he said.
“As a car enthusiast, I am also aware of the great things local garages and related industries are doing to promote their business. This is a way of marrying both of these concepts and ensuring that their message gets out to a wider audience, an audience that is already interested in what is going on in the local car scene. If garage owners tell us what is going on in their garage, we will tell everyone.”
