Six Irish rallies to form the revamped Stellantis Rally Cup IRL in 2026

Race & Rally has unveiled a massive shake-up for the Stellantis Rally Cup in 2026. The series is splitting into two separate championships for Ireland and the UK to make it more accessible and cost-effective for crews.

As predicted by Kerry Motorsport News earlier

The Stellantis Rally Cup Ireland will be an all-asphalt affair. It features six events with seven scoring opportunities, focusing on keeping costs down by avoiding overseas travel. The season starts at the Birr Stages in March and ends at the Donegal Harvest in October. Other stops include Carlow, Stonethrowers, Galway Summer, and a double-header in Wexford.

Across the water, the Stellantis Rally Trophy UK will follow the British Rally Championship calendar. This series offers a mix of gravel and asphalt, starting at the Severn Valley Stages in April and finishing at the Cambrian Rally. It even includes a double-header at the European Rally Championship round in Wales.
