Rare Chance to See Koenigsegg Regera in Kerry

Motorsport fans will have a rare opportunity to see one of the world’s most exclusive hypercars in the flesh when the Cannonball convoy reaches Killarney on Friday, September 12th.

Among the 200-plus supercars and hypercars taking part this year is a Koenigsegg Regera, a megacar with just 80 examples built worldwide. With over 1,500 horsepower, it’s regarded as one of the most advanced performance cars ever produced — and it will be on display in Killarney alongside machinery from Ferrari, Lamborghini, McLaren, Porsche and Aston Martin.

The cars are expected to arrive at The Brehon Hotel from 5.45pm on Friday, with public viewing available at the Brehon and Gleneagle car parks.

The convoy will then leave Killarney at 10am on Saturday, September 13th, giving locals and visitors one last chance to catch the Regera and the rest of the line-up before the event heads north towards Limerick and on to Sligo.

Cannonball 2025 runs from September 12th to 14th, raising funds for the Jack and Jill Children’s Foundation.
