Rose of Tralee visits McElligott’s Kia
Katelyn Cummins, the 2025 Rose of Tralee, was welcomed to McElligott’s Kia in Tralee on this week, where she was presented with her brand-new Kia Niro Plug-in Hybrid.
The dealership team wished her every success as she begins her year-long role representing Tralee and Ireland at the international festival.
Kia has partnered with the Rose of Tralee International Festival, with McElligott’s Kia serving as the official vehicle sponsor for 2025.
This year, the festival is celebrating its first-ever zero-emission Rose Parade, with electric vehicles powering floats and supporting festival events using Vehicle-to-Load (V2L) technology.
As part of the sponsorship, Katelyn has also received a new Kia Niro Plug-in Hybrid.
McElligott’s Kia said it was a privilege to host the Rose and is proud to support both the festival and its first zero-emission parade, highlighting the commitment to sustainability alongside celebrating Irish talent and community spirit.
