Rally Masters Ireland in Killarney – Tickets On Sale Now

A special one-day rally event is coming to Killarney Racecourse on Saturday, September 27 – and tickets are now on sale.

Killarney and District Motor Club, in partnership with Motorsport Ireland, will host Rally Masters Ireland, a unique gathering of 50 iconic rally cars and 50 legendary drivers – all of major importance in Irish rally history.

This is a once-in-a-lifetime event, not to be missed by any rally fan.

For the first time in 21 years, rally action will return to the racecourse. The last time it happened was during the 2005 Rally of the Lakes, when Colin McRae ran as course car in a Ford Escort Mk2.

This time, the cars will include famous machines from the Group B era – such as Audi Quattros, MG Metro 6R4s, Nissan 240 RS, Opel Mantas, Peugeot 205 T16s and Ford RS200s – as well as classics from Group A and early World Rally Car years like BMW M3s, Subaru Legacys and Imprezas, Escort Cosworths and Focus WRCs.

Many big-name drivers are expected to attend, with several being reunited with the cars that made them famous.

Each driver will complete two runs of two laps on a specially designed 1.7km loop.

Event schedule:
Gates Open: 11.30am
Event ends: 4.15pm

.
Don’t wait – this event will sell out.
