Ardfert’s Stephen Walsh targets British Historic Championship debut
Ardfert-based motorcycle racer Stephen Walsh is setting his sights on a debut in the British Historic Championship, with the Cadwell Park round in September a primary target once the road racing season concludes.
Walsh’s immediate focus, however, remains firmly on upcoming commitments.
Preparations are well underway for the Tandragee Road Races in County Down, at the end of June.
Following Tandragee, attention will shift to the prestigious Classic TT on the Isle of Man in August, for which Walsh is currently awaiting entry confirmation.
Walsh is one of only two active motorcycle racers remaining in County Kerry as a result of ongoing insurance crisis impacting the sport.
