Déjà vu Waterford ’25 will feature Breen and Fisher cars with strong links to Kerry rallying

Déjà vu Waterford ’25 will feature several cars with strong links to Kerry rallying.

The event will showcase vehicles associated with the late Craig Breen and the late Bertie Fisher.

Among the entries will be the Ford Sierra that Craig Breen drove in the 2022 Killarney Historic Rally with co-driver Paul Nagle.

A replica of the Manta 400 driven by Bertie Fisher on the 1987 Rally of the Lakes is also set to appear.

Adding to the Kerry connections, Donagh Kelly will drive the Hyundai i20 WRC R1 in which Craig Breen and Paul Nagle finished second on the Ypres round of the World Rally Championship in Belgium in 2021.

Ray Breen, Craig’s father, will lead the field in the ex-Frank Meagher Ford Sierra Cosworth, the car that the Tipperary driver used to win the 1992 Circuit of Ireland Rally.

Alastair Fisher and Kevin McGlynn will drive the replica of Bertie Fisher’s Shell Oils/Alumac Manta 400 from the 1987 season.

The Peugeot 208 T16, which Craig Breen drove on the 2014 Circuit of Kerry, will also be present.

Limited entries for rally cars for the event on October 10th-12th are still available at www.rpm-motorsport.com/tours, where tickets for the Gala Dinner can also be purchased.

All proceeds from Déjà vu Waterford ’25 will go to the Dungarvan Palliative Care Unit and the Craig Breen Foundation.
