Local legends with remarkable records
This weekend’s Assess Ireland Rally of the Lakes will not only showcase the best of the current generation – it will also celebrate the remarkable dedication of Kerry’s rallying veterans, with several drivers and navigators boasting decades of service to the county’s biggest rally.

Topping the charts is Noel O’Sullivan (father of top seeded co-driver Noel Jr) , who at 70 years of age is preparing for his 41st start on the Rally of the Lakes.
Not far behind is Charlie Hickey, who lines up for his 38th start, while his brother John Hickey is also preparing for his 36th start.
Nicholas Burke, navigator to O’Sullivan will make his 33rd start in his home rally.
