The Rose Hotel Circuit of Kerry rally at the end of the month holds a personal significance for rising rally star Oran England.
The two-time former Irish Karting Champion, now competing in the Motorsport Ireland Junior Rally Series in a Ford Fiesta, has strong family ties to the event’s opening stage.
England’s grandmother, Debbie, hails from a house located near the start of the iconic Camp Mountain stage. This means the rally route will take him directly past his childhood holiday home.

“My nanny, Debbie, is from one of the houses near the start of the stage,” England stated. “I spent many a summer holiday in that house and I never thought over the years that I would be rallying past it.”
