Double World Champion Kalle Rovanperä to meet rally fans
Rally fans attending the Killarney Towers Killarney Historic Rally will get the chance to meet Kalle Rovanperä on Friday evening.
The double World Rally Championship and his co-driver Jonne Halttunen will be making a special appearance at a meet and greet session on Friday evening from 6 15 pm.
The event is scheduled to take place outside the Plaza Hotel on Main Street, weather permitting, ahead of the ceremonial start at 7 pm.
To meet the Finnish duo, fans will need to purchase an official RallyPak, which includes a poster of the Flying Finn.
All rally crews are invited to attend the ceremonial start, with cars departing the Parc Ferme at Lewis Road from 6.45 pm – the top 20 Historic and Modified cars and the top local crews will attend the start ramp celebration.
