Opel Vauxhall Vintage Run Raises €1,635 for Kerry Friends of Motor Neurone

he Kerry Friends of Motor Neurone has expressed its sincere gratitude to the Horan brothers and members of the Opel Vauxhall Vintage Club for their recent fundraising efforts. A vintage car run held on Sunday, May 12th, in Killarney raised a substantial €1,635 for the charity.
Despite challenging weather conditions, the event attracted a strong turnout of classic car enthusiasts and supporters, who gathered at the Heights Hotel for the start of the run. The impressive display of vintage vehicles showcased the passion and dedication of the car owners.
Christy Lehane, Chairman of Kerry Friends of Motor Neurone, praised the organizers for their commitment to the cause. “We are incredibly grateful to the Horan brothers and everyone involved in the vintage car run for their generous support,” he said. “These funds will make a significant difference in the lives of those affected by Motor Neurone Disease.”
The charity extends its thanks to the Horan brothers for their dedication to preserving classic cars and to the staff at the Heights Hotel for their hospitality.
