Anthony O’Carroll latest update from family member
As most people know Ballyduff racer Anthony O’Carroll was involved in a serious accident while competing in the Southern 100 Road Races on the Isle of Man.
Three riders were involved in the incident and all three were taken to Noble’s Hospital in the island.
Two were later released but Anthony was transferred to a hospital near Manchester.

He is in a neuro hospital
The family are on their way to Manchester
The extent of his injuries are not fully known at this stage – as well as head trauma there are other injuries and breakages
More information will be available once the family get to the hospital this evening.
In the meantime a mass will be held in the church in Ballyduff tonight (Tuesday) evening at 7.30pm to pray for his recovery
