Plenty of Kerry interest in the Masters’ Superbike Championship at Mondello
With two events complete, the 2024 Principal Insurance Masters Superbike Championship heads to Mondello Park for Rounds 7, 8 and 9 this weekend with plenty of local interest across all classes.
In the Supersport category, Tipperary youngster Oisin Maher is having his best season to date with three wins at the last event in May catapulting him into a 25-point lead over his AKR Thomas Bourne Racing teammate, Tralee’s Emmett O’Grady.

O’Grady is also competing in the Superbike class and holds third place in the headline category.
Andrew Murphy leads the Moto 400 class after four scoring four wins in a row.
He won the third race of the opening meeting in April and all three races in May to take a commanding championship lead into the halfway stage.
Youngster Alex O’Grady is in eighth position in the Supersport Cup class after scoring his maiden podium finish during the May meeting. He is also in a top-ten position in the Future Stars class.
Rory Flahive is also competing in the Supersport class.
Darragh Crean is not contesting all rounds of the Super Twins class as he concentrates on his British Superbike Championship campaign.
