Three Kerry men
Three different rallies
Three different countries
A three-week tripe header of Kerry competitors in action in three very different rallies in three different countries kicked off last weekend.
And it will continue until St Patrick’s Weekend.
Berkshire-based Killarney man got the show on the road last weekend.
He drove his Historic-spec Chrysler Avenger on the Bovington Stages Rally in the South West of England where he finished seventh in the combined Modified/Historic 160cc class.

On Saturday, Lisselton’s Paul McGlinchy heads to Bishopscourt for the second round of the Northern Ireland Rally Championship.
Better known for co-driving for Eddie Kennelly, he will partner Moira-based Sean Scanlon in a Honda Civic EP3 in the Race and Rally Stages.
A week later Jason O’Connor will finally get his international career off the ground. He will partner Andrew McCourt in the Costa Brava Historic Rally – the opening round of the FIA European Historic Rally Championship. They will field a Ford Escort RS 2000 in the March 14 to 16 event near Barcelona.
