There is plenty of Kerry interest in Sunday’s Cork Forestry Rally.
The leading all Kerry crew, starting at 17, is Michael O’Donoghue and Dan Murphy in their Mitsubishi Lancer E9.
One of the top two-wheel drive seeds is Mikie O’Connor Jr. he and co-driver Barry Artridge are out in their usual Opel Manta.
Cordal-based co-driver Denny Greaney has teamed up with Kildare’s Ciaran McCullagh in a Honda Civic.
Also in the two-wheel driver rally is the all Killarney and District Motor Club crew of Diarmuid Lynch and Meadbh Griffin in their Ford Escort.
Kerry Motor Club is represented by brother and sister Mossie and Megan Costello. They will field a Ford Fiesta will Rally4 be using the event as yet more learning and experience in what is still quite a new car to them.
