This Sunday’s Raven’s Rock Rally in Waterford marks the return of two Kerry drivers after layoffs.
Rob Duggan and Ger Conway return to Escort power for the first time since last year’s Donegal International Rally. Although the crew did hire a Volkswagen Polo Rally 2 car for the Rally of the Lakes, they sat out last December’s Killarney Historic Rally and Sunday’s fourth round of the Triton Showers National Rally championship marks their first Escort outing in over a year.

Colin O’Donoghue and Kieran O’Donoghue are also contesting their first rally since the 2022 Rally of the Lakes – this entry has now been withdrawn.
Connor Murphy and Sean Collins are another local crew on the entry list, as are Denis Hickey and Sean Collins.
Robert Counihan and Timmy Kelly are out in their usual Toyota Corolla while Rahtmore’s Anthony Cronin drivers his class 11F Honda Civic
Co-driver Brian Duggan competes alongside Luke McCarthy in the historic section of the rally.
Pat Looney is the only Kerry driver in the historic section, and he will be co-driven by Amy Burke.
Mark O’Leary and Bob Moran are two more local drivers heading to Waterford this weekend.Sean Nolan is on co-driving duty for Cork’s Cyril Casey while Fossa’s Sam Leech is fourth on reserve but should get the call up before the weekend.
