Kerry crews in Sunday’s Moonraker Rally in Ballyvourney

 
Several Kerry competitors are on the unseeded entry list for the Moonraker Forestry Rally.

The rescheduled event a round of the  Motorsport Ireland National Forestry Rally Championship was due to take place in  Ballyvourney on April 15.

It will now go ahead on Sunday.

Barraduff’’s  Michael O’Donoghue starts at 26 in his Mitsubishi Lancer Evo 9.

Cyril Wharton and Donal Falvey start two cars behind in a Subaru Impreza

Mike Jnr O’Connor is the fifth seed in the two wheel-drive rally in his  Opel Manta GTE.

Diarmuid Lynch and Ballyfinnane Festival of Speed chief marshal Maebh Griffin  compete in a Ford Escort Mk2 while her sister Ciara is alongside Brian Little in a  Ford Escort G3.

Keith McCarthy was listed to compete  alongside Paul Roache in the April entry list but the  Ford Fiesta ST driver’s navigator is now listed as TBA.

Brother and sister Mossie Costello and Megan Costello will debut their news Ford Fiesta in Cork In the junior section drivers Jack Kennedy and Jack Harris both have grand parental connections to Kerry.
