West Kerry Honda 50 run on Sunday from Anvil Bar,Keel

Honda 50 enthusiasts will be out in force on Sunday as the annual West Kerry Honda 50 run departs from the Anvil Bar in Keel.

This year’s event is being run to raise funds for the Palliative Care Unit at University Hospital Kerry.

The route covers Slea Head and other popular Wild Atlantic Way roads on the Dingle Peninsula and gets underway at 10.45am with registration starting at 9am at the Anvil Bar.

“Last year we had over 30 bikes and it is growing every year,” organising committee member Johnny Daly told the Killarney Advertiser. “All bikes are welcome and we have it organised in such a way that there will be social distancing at sign on.”
